Who is Blank Slate HR

Michelle Fooden has spent more than twelve years helping businesses build and maintain strong, people-focused HR operations. Her experience spans several industries including Technology, Finance, Nonprofit, and Hospitality and has given her a well-rounded perspective on what makes teams thrive.

She’s worked both as a one-person HR department and as part of larger teams, handling everything from onboarding and benefits administration to HR systems and process improvements. Having relocated to Washington State in 2019, Michelle has extensive experience supporting small local companies as well as large multi-state organizations.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of South Florida and holds a SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
